I own a challenge blog, Creative Artiste, and Shery Russ, owner of STAMPlorations, was so very kind to sponsor one of our challenges, and then a couple of months ago asked if I would be a guest designer for the Giving Thanks Blog Hop. There are several prizes up for grabs for those who hop and also link up a project with a thankful or grateful theme. Commenting and linking up end on November 30. I encourage you to visit the other stops in the hop to for lots of chances at the prizes. You will find the complete line-up of designers at the very end of this post. (I am #13 in the line-up.)
This is the set (Many Blessings bundle) that I created my card with:
Firstly I used Rub-On Waxes with the stencil, then cut the leaves out and adhered then to the card front after I colored the background, I then stamped the basket of fruit and the word Blessings and die cut them. Then I colored in with my Chameleons. I then sprayed some Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays the were Steampunk sepia on the bottom half and Tiffany's Blue for the back ground colors. I the put some foam dots on the back of my colored image and Blessings and added them to my card front. I then used and old packet I had save as I liked the look and feel of it, I distressed the edges and added that to the card and then I added my card front... That was it completed.
Here are a couple of close-ups:
